The courts in Skagit County are open, though many hearings are being conducted remotely. If you are sick or quarantined, please let our office know and we will reschedule your court date.
7. Will scheduled hearings, trials or settlement negotiations occur as planned?
Yes. Some hearings may be remote, and trials may be rescheduled due to limited space in the court house.
